Born and raised in Sweden, I began my journey with a deep appreciation for movement and nature. This foundation led me to a career in Physical Therapy, including six formative years living and working in Norway, honing my clinical skills in high-pressure healthcare settings. Since 2006, I have called the deep forests of Finland home, where the tranquil environment informs my holistic practice.
With a professional background spanning Dubai, Germany, the UK, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, I bring an international perspective to integrative health. My expertise combines over two decades of experience, including 20 years specializing in sitting and dental ergonomics alongside clinical practice as a Work Health Physical Therapist.
